Here are some images of our recently completed CAT A / Partial CAT B project for ADAPT Real Estate for a new tenant to grow into at 52 Princess Street, Manchester.

A great showcase for our joined-up approach, Jones Hargreaves agreed dilapidations with the outgoing tenant and then administered the project, providing Contract Administration, M&E Consultancy and Principal Designer roles. The transformative result is a real credit to the fantastic design team at RU_Creative Ltd and the contractor, Flexible Business Interiors Ltd
