Kevin Karikari
Senior Associate Partner & Co-Head of Building Services
Kevin is an Associate Partner Electrical Building Services Engineer with a master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). Kevin has a strong background in Building Services, having worked in some of the most reputable engineering design consultancies on projects throughout the UK. Kevin has been involved in a great variety of projects including the Alexander Stadium redevelopment in Birmingham, University of Birmingham New School of Engineering facility, Danfoss Industrial production and testing facility in Edinburgh, a new B&Q 400,00 sq ft Distribution centre and a 3-storey CAT B fit-out in central London amongst others. Kevin has worked closely within big multidisciplinary teams, monitoring project lifecycle from concept design to final delivery – with experience leading his discipline in concept, scheme and detailed design stages.
Kevin has extensive experience in the technical due diligence and terminal dilapidations process and also designing and engineering projects of great complexity to assist clients in adding value to their property assets by tailoring to market requirements, making portfolios more attractive for hold or divestment via improvements in building performance and sustainability.
Kevin is a keen sportsman with rugby, football and movies as regular pastimes.
