Stefan is a Senior Building Surveyor based in London. He began his career in 2018 through a degree apprenticeship scheme, earning a BSc in Building Surveying before successfully completing his RICS APC in 2024.
Over the course of his career, Stefan has delivered a wide range of professional and project management services within the commercial sector. His experience includes Licence for Alterations, Project Management, Contract Administration, Defect Diagnosis, Landlord and Tenant advice, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, and Dilapidations instructions for multiple UK institutional clients.
Outside of work, Stefan is an avid traveller and a dedicated supporter of his local football club, Fulham FC.
