William brings a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams across the UK and successfully managing technically demanding instructions from initial concept through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance at every stage.
His industry experience spans a broad range of sectors, including commercial office, conservation and heritage, retail, and education. More recently, William has developed significant expertise in the residential sector, delivering large-scale fire remediation projects to occupied high risk buildings with a focus on regulatory compliance and delivery of modern life safety expectations.
William is a dedicated member of several professional bodies and serves as an active APC assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards. His specialist knowledge includes project management, regulatory compliance, project governance, programme delivery, contract administration, and proactive risk management, providing clients with confidence that their projects are in capable and experienced hands.
Outside of work, William is a dedicated family man, keen fisherman and enjoys making the most of the great outdoors. He’s also partial to unwinding with a well-earned pint (or three) at the end of a busy week. Strictly in the interests of ongoing quality assurance, of course!
