Jones Hargreaves, a national independent commercial building, project and sustainability consultancy, has moved into new premises in Manchester to support its growth in the city.
The firm - which works with investment funds, financial institutions, property companies and occupiers to help them realise value on every project or portfolio - has moved to a new office at 49 King Street.
In the last 12 months, the Manchester office has worked on a range of projects and portfolios across the North West; including the completion of more than 70 due diligence pre-acquisition surveys totaling in excess of 4m sq ft space. The team also advised Autotraders on its move away from Tony Wilson Place and the fit-out of Gilbanks at St Michaels.
Partner and Manchester office lead, Nick Twigg, said: "Since opening our Manchester office in 2022, we have seen sustained growth across the North West. Our move to larger premises reflects our long-term commitment to the region and provides the capacity to support further expansion of the team. The recently refurbished office offers a high-quality working environment with excellent local amenities, and we look forward to welcoming both existing and prospective clients over the coming months."
Jones Hargreaves has welcomed another member of the team this month to the Manchester team. Gabriel Burke has joined as Building Services Engineer from Method Consulting, bringing further MEP expertise to the team. Also based in the Manchester office are Associate Partner Dave Alty, Senior Surveyor Elliott Price and Building Surveyor Max Booth.
Jones Hargreaves’ expert multi-disciplinary team of building surveyors, ESG consultants and electrical & mechanical engineers advise on a range of commercial assets spanning predominantly industrial, office and retail space. With a number of large-scale retained clients, Jones Hargreaves is astute in delivering building projects together with dilapidations, TDDs, ESG work and much more.
Nationally, Jones Hargreaves added a series of European based investment funds to its client base last year and completed more than 900 instructions. Across its eight offices, the firm now employs 56 people. It names Threadneedle, Fidelity International, Modella Capital, ESR, London Metric and Gilbanks among its clients.
Established by founders Matthew Jones and Peter Hargreaves, and joined by Managing Partner, Matt Williams, the consultancy is a growing business which has a commitment to investing in its team and the next generation of the property industry.
