Our fire safety technical due diligence service helps investors, owners, occupiers and lenders understand the fire safety condition, compliance position and potential liabilities associated with a property or portfolio.
The review can form part of a wider Jones Hargreaves technical due diligence instruction or be commissioned as a specialist standalone service. Depending on the scope, we can review fire strategies, risk assessments, statutory records, external wall information, compartmentation, fire doors, alarm and detection systems, suppression systems, smoke control, firefighting facilities and fire safety management arrangements.
We identify significant deficiencies, information gaps, potential capital expenditure and matters that could affect occupation, refurbishment, insurance, lending or a proposed transaction. Findings are presented clearly so that they can inform negotiations, investment decisions, planned works and post-acquisition risk management.
