Andy is a Building Surveyor based in our London Office who is involved on a daily basis with Dilapidations, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Technical Due Diligence and Project Management instructions. In recent years Andy has undertaken Contract Administrator and Project Management roles on a variety of office, industrial and external repair projects in London and the Home Counties ranging from £50k to £1m+.
Away from work, Andy is a fitness enthusiast, enjoying golf and socialising with friends on the weekend.
