Ben is an Associate Partner Mechanical Building Services Engineer and is experienced across all commercial property sectors in both professional and project related services which includes project work from RIBA stage 1 through to handover at stage 7. Ben regularly undertakes Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and License to Alter instructions throughout the UK.
Ben has been recently focused on sustainability project work to ensure client buildings and workplaces meet the evolving Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards that are in place for 2030 and has a wealth of experience in providing strategic advice to both landlord and tenant clients in this field with many projects successfully undertaken to date.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys walking, golf and generally watching any sporting event possible with friends.
