Dan has over 20 years’ experience in commercial building surveying, supporting clients nationwide - from investment funds and property companies to utilities, banks and well-known high street retailers. He’s an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety, with particular expertise in technical due diligence, planned preventative maintenance, dilapidations, contract administration and principal designer duties.
Away from work, Dan’s usually chasing after his young family, coaching football on the weekends, sneaking in a run, or perfecting his golf swing (with mixed results!).
