Elliot is a Senior Surveyor who operates out of our Manchester office who has over 5 years’ experience as a commercial building surveyor, working across a number of professional services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, design, specification and contract administration. Elliot has successfully delivered numerous logistics focused refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £50,000.00 to £3million.
At the weekends Elliot enjoys exploring the peak district with both his partner and his Golden Retriever, Rueben, as well as weightlifting, cycling and swimming.
Qualifications
- MSc Building Surveying, Nottingham Trent University (2018-2019)
- BSc (Hons) Physical Geography and Geology, University of Plymouth (2013-2016)
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Member (MRICS) since July 2022
