James is a Senior Building Surveyor based in London with a wealth of experience delivering building consultancy services in the commercial sector, including Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence, Contract Administration and Reinstatement Cost Assessments, working with landlords, investors and occupiers. In recent years James has developed a focus on occupier relocation, specialising in Dilapidations and exit strategy, alongside pre-acquisition Technical Due Diligence.
Outside of the office James takes every opportunity for a break from city life; cycling, motorcycling, hiking or a cold dip in the sea.
