Joe is a Partner based in the London office and primarily covers the Central/Greater London region. Joe is an experienced Building Surveyor across all commercial property sectors in both professional and project related services. Joe regularly undertakes Technical Due Diligence, Planned Preventative Maintenance and Contract Administration instructions throughout the UK. Joe has a keen focus on Dilapidations, and has a wealth of experience providing strategic advice to both landlord and tenant clients.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys running, cycling, skiing, golf and generally anything that involves getting out in the fresh air, particularly if there’s a cold beer along the way!
