Kara is an Associate Partner based in our London office experienced in delivering a diverse array of project and professional services across individual properties and multi-asset portfolios. Across her experience, Kara has worked on a wide range of instructions including Contract Administration, Technical Due Diligence Surveys and Dilapidations, providing exit strategy advice for both Landlords and Tenants. As well as traditional Building Surveying services, Kara has a keen interest in sustainability within the built environment and is a qualified Ska and Fitwel Assessor, working alongside the JH ESG team.
Outside of the office, Kara enjoys cycling, long walks in the countryside with friends and family, exploring new cultures and cuisines, and hosting dinner parties for all to enjoy!

- BSc (Hons) Building Surveying University of Reading 2015-2018
