Liam is a Senior Electrical Engineer holding a master’s degree in architectural engineering having extensive experience working within the commercial property sector across a broad range of projects from initial design inception (RIBA stage 1) through to final completion, handover and building monitoring (RIBA stages 6 & 7).
Liam has a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality electrical engineering projects on time and within budget and has worked on a wide range of instructions ranging from small scale CAT A office fit outs to large and complex highly detailed design projects. Liam has established a diverse background in Building Services Engineering by working across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial Property and Defence, among others.
Having extensive expertise in technical due diligence, dilapidations, and feasibility studies allows Liam to provide clients with high quality strategic advice that assists both acquisition and asset management processes.
In his spare time, you are likely to find Liam with a racquet in his hand enjoying a game of tennis, following his favourite football team Manchester United, or trying to find a nice sunny beer garden to enjoy an ice-cold beer.
