Matthew has worked on a number of key projects for a range of occupiers, property companies and funds as well as working on Dilapidations and Due Diligence instructions. Most recently, Matthew has acted as Project Manager on a large scale refurbishment of a business park in Gateshead and a phased redevelopment of a Grade II* listed office building in Leeds. Away from the office, Matthew has his hands full with a busy family life and occasionally finds time to pursue his love of football, good food and a decent pint.
