Nic is a Senior Associate Partner in the Bristol office who has extensive experience of delivering multiple professional instructions for both investor and occupier clients in a variety of property types within the commercial sector. In particular, Nic has a keen focus on providing Technical Due Diligence, Planned Maintenance, Dilapidations and Contract Administration / Project Management services throughout the South West and wider UK.
Away from work Nic enjoys spending time with his young family and travelling around in their camper van ‘Bruce’. When time allows he also loves running and cycling and is always up for a new fitness challenge!
