Nick has over 25 years’ experience in Commercial Property and has worked on a number of key projects for a range of occupiers, property companies and institutional funds. Recently, Nick has managed complex office relocation projects across the North of England and undertaken extensive due diligence, development monitoring and project management of new build industrial space across the United Kingdom. In his spare time, Nick tries his hand (badly) at many sports, but loves nothing more than long dog walks with his family and a few drinks and live music in a Northern Quarter dive bar.
