Tom is a Partner based in the London office and covers London and the South East. Tom has extensive experience in the commercial sector having delivered instructions on all commercial property types and across all building surveying disciplines. In recent years Tom has predominantly focused on Contract Administration / Project Management, Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence and Project Monitoring for both occupiers and investors.
Out of the office, Tom spends his free time on the golf course, out on the motorcycle (when the weather holds!) and socialising over a few drinks and food.

- RICS: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Member (MRICS) since November 2016
