Tom is a Senior Associate Partner and Head of Leeds Office. He has 10 years’ experience working as a commercial building surveyor and is experienced in advising both investor and occupier clients on a wide range of project and building consultancy matters, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, CDM compliance, design, specification and contract administration.
Away from work Tom enjoys getting out on his mountain bike and going for walks in the dales with his partner and their dog Rosie.
