Xiaowen is a Senior Mechanical Engineer holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Xiaowen has extensive experience in delivering projects from central plant replacements to full CAT B fit outs as well as regularly undertaking Technical Due Diligence across a broad range of property assets throughout the UK.
Xiaowen has also been actively involved in providing structured guidance to clients to improve their buildings to an EPC rating of B in order to comply with upcoming Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and further strategic advice beyond MEES compliance to reach Net Zero carbon ambitions.
Outside of work, Xiaowen enjoys playing video games and cooking for family and friends. She also loves black coffee!
