Landlord CAT A refurbishment of 2no. adjacent industrial units (extending to 120,255 ft²(11,255 m²) GIA and 168,058 ft² (15,613 m²) respectively, following the existing tenant terminating their leases. Works mainly concerned the internal areas

As the existing tenant went into administration before they exited the 2no. units leaving extensive specialist electric vehicle manufacturing equipment and MEP installations onsite. We worked with the Client and Principal Contractor to dispose of all such equipment and worked with a new perspective tenants design team to amend the scope of the works to meet their CAT B requirements which also included coordinating the water connection of the a designated sprinkler supply.
