Works across 5 individual 10,000 ft² warehouse units to upgrade existing non-compliant EPC ratings to an EPC ‘B’. Working closely with the M&E and ESG teams, a coordinated scope of works was developed to achieve compliance and delivered as part of the wider project.

3 of the units were vacant so we further delivered full internal and external refurbishments to enhance specification and prepare the assets for re-letting.
