Following a break in at the site causing extensive damage to the existing infrastructure, the works comprised the installation of new transformers and wider building services repairs. This followed on from thorough liaison with a number of parties including the insurer, loss adjuster, and the DNO. As part of the landlord scope which dovetailed the insurance works, repairs were carried out to the roof including; new roof lights, gutter repairs / lining, and a full liquid applied system to profiled sheets. Other refurbishment items included cladding repairs, full external redecoration, warehouse floor repairs, sprinkler system overhaul, and new finishes throughout the ancillary office space.
